- A very Happy Father’s Day to all those special Dad’s!
- This Porterhouse steak is a classic cut! Comprised of Shell Steak, Filet Mignon, and a piece called the tail…This is a super special cut.
- Even though it looks a bit intimidating…don’t worry! Heat the grill to medium, and season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides. You will get these gorgeous grill marks by placing the steak on the grill to cook for 4 minutes, lift the steak with tongs and move slightly on an angle, grill for another four minutes. Flip the steak over and repeat the four and four method. You will have perfection in 16 minutes total!
- Be sure to let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Make a beautiful presentation by slicing the filet and shell separately. Place back onto a large platter.
- Serve with Peter Luger Steak Sauce…Home run!
