So, we have made the Warm Spinach Salad, Fancy Scalloped Potatoes and the delicious Prime Rib…these Honey Glazed Carrots with Purple Grapes will round out the side dishes nicely.
These fresh carrots are super simple.

You know by now that I just love fresh veggies. For this dish you will need 10 fresh good size carrots.
Peel and cut the carrots as you like. I prefer these little sticks.
You will also need honey, fresh lemon juice and purple grapes.
Get your carrots cooking in a large skillet with a lid. Add two cups of water and three tablespoons of butter. Simmer the carrots over medium heat until they start to soften. About 10 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons of honey.
Continue to simmer the carrots, about 10-15 minutes more.When your carrots are done to your likeness, stir in the juice of one lemon and one cup of purple grapes.
