This spicy crunchy slaw is the most delicious addition to pulled pork or barbecue ribs!

Ingredients for the Cabbage Slaw
1 head of green cabbage; rinsed and sliced into thin strips
2 or 3 Green peppers: sliced thin
3 carrots; peeled and thinly sliced
1 white onion; thinly sliced
Toss all of the sliced ingredient together in a very large mixing bowl. Then continue on to make the dressing.
Classic Mustard Slaw Dressing
1 Cup ketchup
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1 Cup sour cream
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
3/4 Cup grainy or dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
3/4 Cup apple cider vinegar
Whisk all ingredients together and bring to a quick boil in a small saucepan set over a medium high heat. The dressing will thicken slightly.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture. Mix the slaw together .
Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours or best if overnight!
